What Really Happened At The Big Link Rally?
If you did not attend the rally, in the comment section, please vote for the rally experience that you would most like to personally enjoy.
Rally participants please feel free to share experiences I may have missed. Especially address how you personally experienced the rally.
We accepted one another unconditionally.
We talked to our inner kids and our higher selves as we gloriously expressed our badass selves.
We jointly created a very safe yet interestingly, a very wild, supportive environment.
We realized that over 90% of us have always believed that we were destined for greatness.
True Callings were evolved, validated and discovered.
Agreements of next step actions were made.
We sang songs of unconditional acceptance and wealthy body cells.
We followed some rules and broke many at will, as we celebrated the deep value in nonconformity.
Tears of self-worth and authentic discovery were shed.
We declared our independence from cultural conditioning.
We witnessed or experienced two male to female chest bumps. The same female gloriously accepted both bumps and stood her ground!
We enjoyed lots and lots of sincere hugging.
We openly discussed the elephants in the room.
Palpable emotions of deep connection and well wishing were both given and received by all.
We witnessed Spontaneous Declarations of Callings.
We meditated together.
We challenged one another.
We discussed how money moves.
We laughed frequently.
We reconnected our natural links between authenticity and abundance by immersing ourselves in 360-degree aliveness.
The facilitator announced a break-the-law party.
We sang and stomped our feet.
We championed the glory of individuality.
We ate gourmet pizza, apples and tangerines.
We stepped demonstratively over the Big Balls line of true calling as we were saluted and celebrated for the most enthusiastic aspect of our true selves.
We recognized the authentic spark of pure potentiality within us all.
We validated one another and unconditionally accepted each other’s authentic self.
We were inspired by many quotes, among them:
What is meant for you can’t be lost. Kim George
Fear of looking like a fool will keep you from getting what you want. Egbert Sukop
We learned how speed and confidence creates success.
We met heard from Poker Face, Cheerleader, Glitter Girl, Action Man and Wild Man.
We came to understand that our dearest right livelihood idea has come straight from the heart of God to our own recognition of it.
We rallied around our mutual authentic rebellion.
We really “got” the power of our original blessing of uniqueness.
We came to believe that, I am enough. You are enough.
We participated in group EFT tapping while declaring: “I’m a bas ass mother-fucker.”
We loved one another.
We realized how really powerful each individual really is.
We celebrated one another.
We saluted one another.
We became sisters and brothers dedicated to the ongoing support of our individual dreams and authentic pursuits.
I wish you were with us. Actual video footage to come. Next event is a worldwide virtual rally. Stay tuned for date and details.

After years of personal struggle and work with hundreds of coaching clients, I've come to understand that identifying one's true calling is primarily a spiritual process. Regardless of individual religious beliefs, this process must be approached with the reverence and respect that it deserves.
When you are in a room full of people who have acknowledged their need to follow their true calling, there is a sense of connection and support already established. The fact that the Big Link Rally exists is inspirational in itself, but when you get to actually participate and see Tom in action, it takes you to another level of aliveness. I left feeling a sense of hope and direction.
Marcele – Excellent I had the same thought. There is something magical about connecting in a joint experience all with folks who hold the same authentic intention. I think it’s the level of courage one must put out there to declare a calling that made the rally experience come so vibrantly alive for all of us. You were a joy to inspire and to be inspired by.
I enjoyed the day of the rally (my first)and it felt good to see others looking for the same things as well, your true calling in life and how to connect with that spark and get ideas on how to make things happen. I also thought it would have been even nicer to have been able to chat with others in the room more, to get more ideas and one on one feedback, because that is a great form of networking. You just never know who knows whom or what, which can assist you even more.
All in all it is a great support group. I am working on things
and will continue to. I “have to.” I can’t continue in my present situation. I’ll be in touch Tom! Thank you everyone!
How exciting to hear that all of you really connected, were inspired, and tons of energy and self awareness spilled forth. I will love to hear about your all “next steps” as you move forward, equipped to succeed! Keep us posted and rock on!
Truly a remarkable event. A collaborative effort of remarkable people lead by fearless Tom who embodies the link between authenticity and abundance. Because of this link, I am asking myself this question, “Am I being 100% authentic?” If not, then how much am I sabotaging my ability to create abundance and prosperity. The ‘values exercise’ revealed and confirmed what I have known for quite some time. I am here to encourage, inspire and to be with people who are facing great challenges. The greatest realization of the day for me is knowing that I am a man of action. Having each of you affirm that with eye-to-eye connection and a warm handshake has fanned the flame of my enthusiasm and resolve. I am a man of action! Thank you all.
When I registered for the Big Link Rally, I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. What I knew would be an intensive workshop turned out to be a mastermind group that catalyzed each participants’ personal growth. The people who I at first thought were complete strangers turned out to be family members and accepting supporters who genuinely care about my success. I have had visions and excitement running through my being ever since departing the rally on Saturday. I know now that my only limitations are in my own mind. I have this funny mental picture myself, after all of the faithful hard work and focus on my authentic love and creation actually being met at the finish line with piles and piles of money with little arms and hands and mouths and eyeballs (kind of like in the Geico commercial) cheering, “Yay! She made it!” My life feels more abundant than ever, and I can’t thank you enough. I feel more emotionally independent from the judgement of others, the stress level of other people, and the petty distractions in my life. They are still there, but they seem much, much smaller than my true calling and my need to express myself. I don’t think I smiled so much in years!
Wow, so incredible. I was anticipating greatness, but came away with so much more. Words don’t describe it all! Thank you Tom I am so grateful to you. Each and every unique person and all of the fun we had making it happen for ourselves is so amazing. It is simple and so deep to experience first hand that we are good enough. It feels great to know we crossed the line and I enjoy my bad ass self thoroughly. I still see everyone’s happy faces and feel all of the encouragement and inspiration. It may at first seem scary to look at who you really are and embrace it. It truly brings relief to be at ease and I look forward to my own and all my brothers and sisters’ unique, clear vocational focus on our new perspectives.
Mary – You’re transformation from start to finish was remarkable. You personify your objective of bringing greater beauty to the world. Stay focused and strong.
Laurie – Thanks for your kind support and ongoing interest. Stay tuned for big announcements here.
John – I agree the people to a person were remarkably bold and willing to create a powerful adventure for all. You are indeed a man of action and I look forward to witnessing your bold actions this week and beyond. Thank you for your friendship and inspiration.
Jess – I love what you said about the Geico money and your beaming smiles. I don’t think I saw anything on your face other than a smile or a deep pondering. You are more than enough to rock the world in your own special way.
Shelia – I’m grateful for your presence as well. You’re right; words can’t describe the incredible energy and feelings of connection. But others will have to take our words for it. The rally was a blast and already many are taking massive inspired action form the seeds that were planted just this past Saturday. Keep beaming you are powerful as you are.
Tom,
It sounds like this was a “peak experience”! Oh, I would have liked to have been there
Can’t wait to see the video!
Blessings,
Keena

Wow! Tom Volkar is a wild man! By attending the Big Link Rally, I have experienced so many possibilities opening up for me. I just feel a tremendous amount of gratitude for being able to be a part of it. There is power in a group context that you can’t achieve any other way. To have a whole bunch of people who are committed to living according to their true calling and connecting that calling to receiving more abuandance and money is such a wonderfully powerful thing. The Big Link Rally helped me to strengthen my link between being who I really and actually receiving gobs of money just for being me and doing what I am being called to do. I anticipate making a lot more money and having a lot more fun as it rolls in. Tom is amazing. His wildness has helped me connect more with my own inner Wildman. I literally felt energetic/physical shifts during the rally, junk that I had been holding onto for years left just from being in the presence of the wonderful energies that were part of the rally. Tom is awesome, and he’s got awesome stuff! Woo hoo!

Sounds like an amazing event and a great way to start the new year. I’m really sorry I missed it, and hope to join in on a future rally. I was thinking of you, Tom, and based on the responses here sounds like it was a great success!!! Congratulations.

The rally was great! After 8 hours, I had 16 new friends that I truly care about. The environment was loving and supportive, which allowed us all to let down our guard and explore ourselves deeply. I have no doubt, that each and every one of us is a richer and happier person because of it! And I am confident that all 16 people will be a complete success!
Yo!I am so enamoured with this entire group! 5 days ago I didnt know who any of you were & today my 1st thoughts & feelings are of you & how you are…Isn’t it amazing what One Man’s True Calling can do? Can you Imagine the Rippling effect from this event already? I’d like to start a new Reality TV Series called – “The Bad A. People of the LINK!” Won’t be long…Getting Clarity on the Direction I need to take with my True Calling was one of the many gifts that continue to reveal themselves on an hourly basis! The BEST Part was finding out 2 things – 1)I’m not the ONLY ONE who desires to prosper & better the world & myself by being REAL & True to what my heart longs for & 2)ITS OK TO BE TRUE TO MY CALLING!!!Tom &(his Wildness) is the finest example of this & seeing it for myself confirmed it all for me – - THANK YOU TOM & Fellow ‘LINKS’ Cyndi (The ‘Glitter Girl’ with IMPACT!)
Keena – Absolutely it was a series of peak experiences that had each of us growing bolder as the day progressed. Confidence does indeed move money and there is lots of it coming our way now.
Bill – I agree. I also felt several shifts throughout the day and I’ve come to realize that these peak moments of aliveness are what makes transformation possible. It is remarkable that each of us was able to become a little bit wilder and less appropriate as the day went on. Normally I would never even say “badass motherfucker” in a public group setting. But at the rally, in the moment, it was a joyous declaration shared by all 16 of us! Authenticity rules and attracts money. Thanks Bill for more than contributing to the fun.
Stacey – The rally was beyond great and I look forward to your presence at the next one. It was powerful and a living-out-loud person like yourself would have been bouncing off the walls with glorious glee.
Tom – Yes it’s that combination of complete safety while we go deep that allows the authentic richness in each of us to surface. We are no longer limited by our fears but instead inspired by our core selves. Thanks for playing so strongly.
Cyndi – You do indeed have impact and you were powerful in the group presence. Your love and wisdom will continue to serve you well as you let it all hang out and go for the gold. You made me realize that we exceeded these cliches of peak experiences at the rally. I too continue to think about all of you and send vibes of fast action.
Hi Tom,
I’m so happy you posted this and can’t wait to see the video. It sounds like your first event was a HUGE success and became every thing you dreamed it would be.
Congratulations! Just think, this is just the start of bigger things to come. WOoT!

The Big Link Rally was a wild ride! I’ve never participated in a group activity that supported such a show of love and acceptance by all. Because Tom’s ground rules were “No Judgment”, he created a safe environment for everyone to ponder the topics and then openly speak about their issues in relationship to those topics. Because of Tom’s raw wildness, he created a space for us to be bold! Because of Tom’s enthusiasm, he created a place where we could be so eagerly expectant of our good! Because of Tom’s leadership, he created a path for us to walk toward our goals! Thank you Tom for being a pioneer in the true calling wilderness! The Big Link Rally has catapulted me toward a life of authenticity…
Hi Tom — wow, I wish I’d been there too, and I’m glad to hear you’re going to post some videos because I’ve definitely wanted for some time to see you in action. — Best, Chris
Wealthy body cells?!! That concept jumped right out at me!! I might do better talking than singing about it, but I would be willing to give singing a try. From your write-up and the participants’ rave comments, I can see that this Rally was an enormous success! Destined for greatness? Absolutely! Bring on the video. I can’t wait!
Barbara – Bigger comes more easily when we are powerfully ourselves in the moment. Thanks for your continued support.
Deb- Your boldness and the courage of your fellow participants made this rally a joyful glide for me. Holding the intention to be who you are with no limits is the key and you brought all of yourself forward. Thank you.
Chris – Thanks man, it was a blast. Perhaps you’ll enjoy participating in the virtual rally. I’m editing the video clips now.
Clare – In this group you would have sung your lungs out. it’s amazing what total recognition and validation does for us. Hope you can make the virtual rally.
Tom, your confidence and enthusiasm were contagious and inspiring. Something was reawakened within me at the event. My authentic self came back to life and she has remained present since the event. I have a higher level of confidence now in my calling and the results I help people create. There seem to be fewer distractions in my life. I rediscovered the value and importance of connecting with like-minded people who are unconditionally accepting. It was such a pleasure being with this remarkable group for the day. One of my greatest realizations is that I’ve done remarkable things in my life and my work and that I know and have accomplished a lot more than I’ve given myself credit for. I believe this is an essential ingredient in true calling and living an authentic life. Thanks for all you do! And thanks to all the other participants who showed me parts of myself.
One week ago today we were both hungry as well oh so satisfied at the Big Link Rally. As I begin to type this, it is 12:00 pm. One week ago at this time we had only a half hour to go until lunch, thus the hunger, and had all gained so much value by the half way point of our day! To my Big Link Rally family…I hope this day finds you all well, fired up and moving forward…dammit =)!!!
I have to admit that I am the very lucky female participant in the two chest bumps with my two male friends. The bumps came about as we were doing a group exercise that was both rewarding and cathartic for me. The group was incredibly supportive, loving and sincere as I made a personal declaration to them. The guys initiated the bumps to celebrate the conviction I had in that declaration. It was a moment that was impromptu, hilarious and powerful and it served as such an amazing anchor of that moment for me! Thank you both so much!
Words cannot express the value that I gained in one day with this amazing group of people as well as Tom’s amazing gift of being present and going with the flow of what each of us needed. He is not your typical “facilitator” =)
Hi Tom – it sounds truly wonderful. Good on you. Liked those chest bumps!
I just want to let you know I am closing my blog – and I want to thank you for being a big part of my blogging life. You were there early on, and that means a great deal to me – it couldn’t have always been easy! And the recording project would definitely not have been the same without you. I’m sure we’ll stay connected one way or another – so it’s not really goodbye.

OOOhhh, so glad it was fabulous, I knew it would be and am sorry to have missed it! Can’t wait til the next one and to see some video from it!
“Tears of self-worth” sounds absolutely delicious and I am really happy for you Tom!
Congrats on an amazing event
Deborah – You are indeed a remarkable being who has given and accomplished much. I’m so grateful to have had the pleasure of your company at the rally and before. Yes connection to like-minded others is essential. I also love your realization of expanded confidence.
Stacey – You were a most powerful contributor and participant at the rally. Our connection was real and heartfelt and it remains so for all of us. Go forth and build your business in your own way and it will deliver you the fulfillment and prosperity that you desire.
Robin – How grand of you to stop by and let me know. You’re right. We’ll stay in touch somehow and I look forward to it.
Christine – Thanks for your well wishes and words of support. The rally was indeed something that very few of us get to experience.
Tom, you asked for non-participants to note what aspects of the rally they would most want to experience, so here goes:
We accepted one another unconditionally.
We talked to our inner kids and our higher selves as we gloriously expressed our badass selves.
We jointly created a very safe yet interestingly, a very wild, supportive environment.
***We realized that over 90% of us have always believed that we were destined for greatness.***
True Callings were evolved, validated and discovered.
Agreements of next step actions were made.
Deb – Thanks so much for stopping by and actually answering the question. You’ve selected some powerful occurrences and I hope you’ll be willing to gift yourself with them first hand at the upcoming virtual rally.
