Objectivity – Run your business idea by a seasoned entrepreneur with 11 years of professional coaching experience.  No one can see all of his or her own blind spots. Through rigorous questioning we’ll expose the truth about the adjustments needed to make your startup business suceed.

Authenticity – If you don’t fully know who you are then how are you going to leverage your individuality?  After these sessions you’ll understand your uniqueness, your right work and how to apply it to your best bet for a successful startup business.

Encouragement – I’ll champion your individuality, support you unconditionally and convince you of your authentic greatness.  Without this support, you could sink to the level of your own worst opinion of yourself.  That’s a waste of time and I won’t permit it.

Decisiveness – Delay is costing you.  A firm commitment to your best authentic guess is far better than your most brilliant unrealized plans.  There is always a next best step.  We’ll find yours and you’ll be eager to proceed.

What option is best for you?

My usual coaching period is for 90 days. If you are starting from scratch the full, intense 90-day authentic business discovery coaching is best for you.

But a shorter assignment could work for you in these instances:

• You just want to stick your toe in the coaching waters and get a pulse on your readiness for self-employment.
• Perhaps you want to run an idea by an experienced coach to get a better handle on what it will take to create a successful company.
• Or perhaps you’ve already done a lot of self-examination and want a coach to hold you to the fire of agreement and right action.
• Maybe you just want a coach for a short while to launch your business.
• Or you may just want help on developing a single project. I’ve created these short term opportunities for those of you who are ready to act now.

How It Works

1.Purchase the option that suits you best.
2. Upon completion of your payment, you’ll receive an intake from via email.
3. When you complete your intake questions email them to me and I’ll call you to schedule your sessions.
4. When that day and time arrives, you’ll call me. You’ll come away with clear answers, determined enthusiasm and firm agreements on next step actions.
5. A week to 10 days later we’ll hold your follow-up session when we’ll celebrate your progress, explore your realizations and make new agreements to reflect necessary course adjustments.
